More citrus than lavender. If you're looking for a lavender scent, this is not it

Smells Really Amazing!
This is my favorite lavender blend by far. It smells delicious. The pepper part has a very light spicy smell, but is not too spicy. It is very subtle. It also has a smell of citrus much like the smell of an orange peel which is more prominent than the white pepper smell. It definitely makes the lavender much more special smelling. I would not define it as masculine or feminine. It is perfect for both sexes. I love it so much that I purchased multiple bottles of this. Also, when I want it to smell less citrusy and have a stronger scent of lavender, I just add some more regular lavender essential oil drops to it to dilute the citrus smell a little. It also smells great mixing it with some regular sage (not clary sage). That gives it a little more of a relaxing, scent which works nicely as a pillow or linen mist spray blend for relaxation and sleep. I highly recommend this one!
